Move connects to all your favourite fitness trackers & your smartphone including the Health App, set daily goals, & track your physical movement.
Nourish gives you access to over a million recipes which you can tailor to suit your diet & lifestyle needs. We cover the majority of diets - vegetarian, vegan, etc & allergies. Create your own shopping list and while also checking your hydration throughout the day.
Inspire covers mindfulness & meditations which are customised for various events throughout the day. Morning, lunch break or if you had a tough day or you would like a mindfulness session to drift you off to sleep we have you covered.
Through our live chat, you can talk to our health care team. Any specific questions you may have in relation to exercise, nutrition or mental wellbeing our team are on hand to guide you.
All our members are treated to bi - weekly webinars from our team of 10 healthcare professionals and also guest speakers from around the world.
